Our metal filter cartridges according to materials and manufacturing processes are divided into three types: SP series of pleated stainless steel felt filter cartridges, SC series of cylidrical stainless steel wire cloth sintered filter cartridges and SN series of sintered powdered stainless steel filter cartridges.
SP Series Filter Cartridges: Cartridge is made of stainless steel fibers by sintering, pleating and welding. Its filtration ratings ranges from 3μm to 100μm. It has uniform pore size, high filtration rating, high porosity, large surface area, high dirty holding capacity and high flowrate, thus is particularly suitable for applications of high temperature, strong solvents and high pressure. It is reusable after cleaning and regenerating.
SC Series Filter Cartridges: Cartridge is vacuum sintered with serval optimal stainless steel mesh layers. Its rating ranges from 5μm to 200μm. It has features of precise filtration rating, heavy duty, high thermostability, being easy to clean and regenerate, low consumption cost, thus is particularly suitable for applications of high temperature, strong solvents and high pressure.
SN Series Filter Cartridges: Cartridge is sintered by super fine metallic powders. Its filtration rating ranges from 0.5μm to 20μ. It has uniform pore size, high porosity, heavy duty. Thus it is particularly suitable for application of high temperature, strong solvents and high pressure. It is reusable after cleaning and regenerating.
